What motivates me

Motivation has a great impact on the direction and choices we make in our lives.

In my life, a great amount of motivation, which I am thankful are from my parents. They encourage me daily with wise words and direct me to making knowledgeable and wise decisions.

My drive of motivation as an individual is having a vision of becoming successful and grasping the thought of fulfilling my hearts desires. I keep my mind focused through observing successful people and analyzing their traits which led to their success. I aim to follow others example who inspire me and speak with power. I also feel a great amount of motivation when people who are knowledgeable, and discuss the lessons of life with me. I appreciate the discussion of elders as they are filled with wisdom and strength that erodes onto me. My friends who are very good to me also have a great impact on my life, as they discuss their aims and views of life. These discussions, alerts me of important aspects I need to give thought. This motivates me to push to get better and greater end results. It is also a great motivation to see people move forward as it encourages me to work at a goal and reach it successfully. Seeing myself doing good things in my life and those around me motivates me to work harder, and improve myself to do even better. A very important factor for everybody is being acknowledged for hard work and time put into reaching short term and long term goals. It feels good to be recognized for activities done, and is encouragement to perform tasks even better.

I enjoy initiative as it creates favorable work environments and keeps me on my toes. Positivism and faith motivates me to become what I believe I can become. It boosts my morale and confidence levels increase, feeling the drive and ready to take on the world.
