The Last Lecture

What a great surprise it was, I have been so busy caught up in my work, that holidays had been the last event on my mind. I was truly glad that class had ended. We were all excited to know that it was holiday, while still sad.

We were had because we knew that these beautiful campus days would be coming to an end. We knew that a new life would be coming soon when we go out into industry and start new jobs. Our new jobs would open a new chapter for us, leaning new things and viewing life from a different angel. It was exciting indeed, but sad for me too. I would no longer see my favourite lecturer, Miss Marion Pike.

Even on the last day of class, she informed us greatly on all the world activity and gave us a brilliant lecture. I have always learnt a great amount of knowledge in her class and she definitely needs to be acknowledged and thanked for all her hard work put into the industry.

The last lecture was exciting, however it was quiet long, either because it was the last lecture, or nobody wanted to leave. Maybe at that point everything started sinking in. Everybody started to realise that today is the last day. From the last class, all we need to do now is hope for good grades.
