Instructions are not hard to follow, many a time they are just difficult to grasp. Following instructions discusses a list of tasks that should be done to ensure a successful outcome. Reading instructions step by step could be easy as long as there is no ambiguity in them.
Following instructions is hard as everybody has their own ideas on doing activities. People come from different backgrounds and languages which increases the chance of instructions not being understood. Instructions could be hard to follow especially if they are fast. People who are much slower, also not as focused as others could possibly get last in message. Instructions are misunderstood if they are not visible. They can be lost and difficult to find. Following instructions is an instruction and the rule is to follow each step, one by one.
I conclude that it is not hard instructions, it is following instructions that is almost impossible.
Intstructions are easy if they are clear and uncomplicated. Instructions need to be simple and to the point.

Andy Warhol said, “In the future everybody will be world famous for fifteen minutes”. You can’t choose fifteen minutes, but why would you want to be f
It is not known to you when you will become famous, you will never be sure how people will respond to your activity. You would not know the exact time, it could vary due to circumstances. There is no way in forecasting exactly when you will become famous.
It is a need identified by Maslow to be socially accepted, even if the act is good or bad. Many people are famous through acts of good are proud of it, while minority enacts bad behavior to inflict negative feedback as it gives them joy to observe. Even though sometimes we are able to control our status, it is still the manner in which we perform the build up or campaign promoting the activity. Fame could be known as just a person who performed something special, or a specific named person who becomes famous through being named.
People perform acts to gain fame to promote themselves, and be socialy accepted by masses. Being famous also has great advantages which people perceive as being great. However, they do not see the negatives after the fifteen minutes of fame. It is also to ensure that they are acknowledged for the specialty and uniqueness. Fame allows you to befriend people in prestigious circles and therefore increases your status and the manner in which people view an individual.
People would want to be famous as it is joyful, and exciting to be the centre of attention and feel important, feeling and being treated like few people at that specific time.

A skill set called leadership
My sister always told me that leadership starts now. It is set in the decisions that we make, the manner in which we carry ourselves, and how we deal with others in managing our situations.
I believe that I am a leader, today and developing my set of skills such as communication, the art of persuasion, control, emotional intelligence, and of utmost importance understanding people whose cultures differ to mine. I have to empowering myself with knowledge, to deal with them effectively and to show respect at all times. I aim to develop my set of skills to understand the world and become knowledgeable. It is of great importance that leaders are knowledgeable and well informed to lead. I practice leadership through sharpening my skills in everyday tasks, by doing activities such as forecasting, control, and executing tasks as planned.
To be a leader, your skill set needs to be well developed, or you will not be recognized as someone who is able to manage and lead. You will not be effective and no example to many. It is therefore important to sharpen our skill as the better we improve, our leadership qualities will show signs of improvement as well.

Rock Journalism
Rock journalism adds a positive spin on journalism, as it incorporates a sense of team spirit.
The aspect of journalism, looks at informing each other, and making use of recourses to inform masses through different mediums. Each medium depends on each other to be informed and fed with information. Through this form of journalism that empowers each group of disability, and promotes a sense of team spirit through the information translated and sent to the receiver correctly. In this form of journalism, the process could easily distort messages as the different types of communications encourage different meanings.
The output would be sound, as the interviewers cannot write, and messages are developed for those who are unable to read. Information is explained by the person interviewed through writing, while the interview records what is written and reports to listeners.
I see rock journalism as an organization or group, with a specific structure to disseminate information.

Global Warming

It is interesting to see how changes are taking place before our eyes. It is said that change is good, while in the case of global warming, it is negative, as we see a change that affects us negatively and cannot be reversed.
The days are shorter in winter and longer in summer. It is extremely hot in summer with lots of rain in winter. Insects such as ants have been roaming around, ready to eat anything they can come across during the winter season. Trees such as the Bougainvillea are in full bloom and growing beautifully in seasons they n ever do. This is a result of the weather being favorable to allow their flowers to bloom when it does usually not. These trees are bare as they are deciduous trees. It is interesting to observe these changes as we can not cease to wonder what our future holds for us. I found Al Gore’s words fascination, when he said, “we would not know when exactly our winters or summers are due to the changes in climate and temperatures”. It is mind boggling and also of great concern to understand the vast rate at which changes are taking place so rapidly.
All the changes which take place are due to the greenhouse effect, whereby the earth’s heat is trapped by the atmosphere. It is of vital importance, that we all play a part in creating favorable living conditions for the future, as each individual worldwide is affected by Global Warming. Our future depends on whether we live a long enjoyable time on earth, or a terrible, torturous time in the years ahead.
We need to stand together, and play our part as we need to encourage a safer, livable world for our future. We should do everything in our power to save our planet.
Draconian Censorship:

According to the encyclopedia Draconian is an English adjective, which qualifies a rule as being of great severity. Draco is derived from Athenian law scribe who implies that all mild offences had heavy punishments. Draco also means doom. This is Ironic as it states that a country will be doomed after implementing Draconian Censorship. Draconian Censorship is the muzzling of media by government. It is the government’s aim to control thoughts of the masses and their views on issues, as well as limiting their ideas and feelings towards ‘sensitive issues’.
Censorship occurs in countries such as China, North Korea, Iran, Afghanistan and to a lesser degree in central African and South American states. North Korea and Iran have broken ties with the rest of the world, due to not conforming to the United Nations resolutions, to limit their nuclear activity. Censorship is to suppress people within a country, and to block out truthful information. It is to encourage the beliefs of the government, and to promote their ideas amongst citizens. This method interferes with religious views and human rights according to the United Nations Charter. It also limits discourse on the internet. Censorship denies individuals the knowledge of understanding their past, as well as their future and views of others. In North Korea censorship exists in television, as we see this in the government switching off the soccer World Cup due to North Korea poor performance.
It is a fact that individuals who do not conform to this law is jailed, and even given the death sentence. This is the depth, to which some countries will stoop to protect their interest and brainwash the masses. In South Africa many of our human rights which are interlinked will be undermined and negatively affected.
Due to high levels of corruption and unethical activity of government members, it is in the interest in the government to promote censorship, while it is not in the interest of South Africa. South Africans will not be able to debate serious issues affecting them and the government. This censorship is a retrogressive step in our quest for full democracy as laid down in our constitution.
